IN STEP 1
We help you determine what you really want to have or accomplish in your life or work. Once you have defined your goal, we will navigate by this to be sure we remain on course throughout the coaching.
IN STEP 2
You list any risks you might face in going for what you want, and we help you determine which of these risks you are willing to take and which you are not. Moving through risks is a powerful way to further clarify what you really want. Identifying risks may also suggest a path you had not noticed before. This process creates a sense of safety and focus that will enable you to take even more significant steps toward the change or shift you want.
IN STEP 3
We offer options for how to work through your issue. You choose the one that appeals to you most. Here we also look for core patterns that underlie and govern the issues you may be facing.
IN STEP 4
We help you set up a "test run" of how this approach might work in your life. This allows you to have the internal experience of the change you want without suffering undue external consequences. You will have the experience of being who you want to be, in an atmosphere free of judgment. This is an initiation into experiencing a new "identity" relative to your issue. New parts of your mind will open to encompass more of the traits or qualities you want in your life. You may even feel like a new person in some way.
IN STEP 5
You begin to see another way to organize and define yourself around this new-found identity. You discover a fresh internal point of view, from which all your issues look different. You will be more accepting of yourself and your issues and, therefore, better able to work with them.
IN STEP 6
We assist you in identifying strategies for incorporating this new approach into your life, based on your sense of being the person you want to be. We will continue to support you as you work these changes into your life over a period of time.
