There are two types of Shadow Work® certification: for facilitating groups and seminars, and for coaching individuals and couples. 1. FOR FACILITATING GROUPS AND SEMINARS This path requires your attendance at three facilitator trainings, followed by a period of practice and mentoring. When you are ready, you will co-lead a public Shadow Work® Seminar, while your "mentor" coaches and observes you. Once you are certified, you may attend the annual Certified Facilitators Gathering held in January. For more information on becoming a certified Shadow Work® group facilitator, see Facilitator Trainings. 2. FOR COACHING INDIVIDUALS AND COUPLES This certification path requires your attendance at two facilitator trainings, and at least one coaching training. Your certification must be renewed every two years. For more information on becoming a certified Shadow Work® coach, see the Coaching Training. |
