Cliff Penwell bases his Shadow Work® coaching practice and his life's work on providing a safe and deep sense of welcome for what is true, but often hidden, in each of us. He is the principal of OriginalVoice Consulting, founded as a way to bring out the unique voice, or message, that distinguishes organizations and individuals. As an editor for over 30 years, Cliff has helped shape the voice of many leading thinkers and writers around the world. He is a former minister and director of one of the oldest spiritual communities in the United States, and has great respect for the courage it takes to follow one's spiritual longings to clarity and action. He understands this journey from personal experience. Cliff's background includes teaching leadership skills, coaching and mentoring, consensus-based facilitation and dialogue. He has lived in Europe and South Africa and has offered seminars in over a dozen countries. He travels extensively, offering large-systems organizational interventions, coaching and leadership development work. Cliff lives with his wife and a rambunctious golden retriever on Vashon island, in the Puget Sound near Seattle. Contact him at cpenwell@originalvoice.com or at (206) 567-0095. |
