Company Background
Gautier searched a long time for an approach he could use to help each human being to develop to the best of their potential and know themselves better. His search started at an early age, when he discovered Non-Violent Communication (NVC). After many years of using NVC, he began learning the positive management of interpersonal conflicts, studying family and couples counseling, and specializing in mediation, hypnosis and sociocracy.
In 2007 Gautier became involved in the men's movement through the ManKind Project International, which brought him back to his early dream of helping people. He finally found the approach that spoke to him deeply: Shadow Work®. He is now a Certified Shadow Work® Coach and is training to become certified to lead group workshops as well.
