Company Background
For over 15 years, Joseph has been helping people bring more of themselves to life, currently as a gifted counselor, master facilitator, leadership consultant and Courageous Living coach. He is certified as a Co-Leader (on sabbatical) with The ManKind Project, an international, non-profit corporation specializing in men's education and training. Since 1990 he has helped many hundreds of men discover and live from their personal missions of service, sustained by healthy connection to themselves, others and the sacred in their lives.
An inspiring teacher, Joseph develops and leads workshops in facilitation skills, communication skills, gender work, diversity and personal mastery. A lead facilitator with Growth Dynamics, a consulting group specializing in leadership development and legacy, Joseph helps leaders lead from the inside out.
A composer and pianist, Joseph graduated summa cum laude from Hartt School of Music. In all his work he draws from many years of yoga, dance and outdoor pursuits, bringing deep regard for the body's wisdom and nature's guidance.
