Our customers in foreign countries sometimes find it difficult to order from our online store using their credit cards. We're very sorry for any inconvenience.
We now offer the option of paying with PayPal, which appears to solve the problem for customers outside the U.S. and Canada. You can use PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account.
How to order with PayPal — Outside the U.S. and Canada
If you try PayPal and still encounter a problem, please tell us about it by email: alyce@shadowwork.com. Please include a description of what's happening and any error message you're receiving.

HOW TO ORDER WITH PAYPAL — OUTSIDE THE U.S. AND CANADA
- When viewing the item you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button.
- A screen will appear, briefly, saying "Added to cart." Then you will return to the original page.
- Click the "View Cart" button.
- A screen will appear asking "Please tell us where your order is going." Choose "Other." Click the "Submit your choice" button.
- The shopping cart page appears. If you're done shopping, click "Check Out Now."
- A screen will appear asking "Will this order be shipping to Colorado?" Click "No" button.
- A screen will appear asking for your method of payment. Click the "Order by PayPal Online" button.
- The shopping cart reappears, with a PayPal form lower on the page. Complete the form. If you're outside the U.S., enter 2 dashes (--) for State/Prov and 5 dashes (-----) for Zipcode. Click "Submit Secure Order" button.
- A screen will appear with a link to take you to PayPal. Click the link.
- If you have a PayPal account, enter your email address and password. If you don't have a PayPal account, click "Click here." A form will appear for paying with a credit card.
- Change "United States" to the name of the country where you want the item shipped. Then wait a moment. The form will change from English to the language of that country.
- Complete the form, and click the submit button.
