![]() Ron Kertzner, JD, is a certified Shadow Work® Leader and founding member of the Shadow Work® Guild. He is an experienced facilitator, with a strong background in personal and organizational transformation. He works with both public and private sector clients in the following areas: Collaborative leadership, dialog, transformational learning and change, and personal coaching. His clients include: General Electric, Shell, the United States Congress and the Parliment of the World's Religions. He is creating a consulting and coaching model based on the principles of Shadow Work. Susan Jordan Kertzner, MA, is a certified Shadow Work® leader and founding member of the Shadow Work® Guild. Over the past fifteen years she has partnered with a range of public and private sector clients to create collaborative, learning organizations. Her clients include: Scandinavian Airlines Systems (SAS), DuPont, the United States Congress, and the United Nations Task Force of Overpopulation. She also has developed an extensive personal coaching practice and speaks nationally on the topics of women in leadership, leadership archetypes and the creative process. Susan and Ron offer numerous workshops on facilitating both personal and organizational change. They are contributing authors to Rediscovering the Soul of Business: A Renaissance of Values. They live in Boulder, Colorado. |
